A friendly local private tourist guide will take you to the wine and fruit growing Vipava Valley. The valley is rich with water and considered to be a paradise for enjoying the nature and local cuisine.
You will have a walk through Vipava, where, amid pristine nature, we can admire rich cultural heritage from the 18th and 19th centuries, where a strong mark has been left by the counts of Lanthieri.
After an easy walk, a wine tasting of Vipava wines takes place at a family winery of a renowned wine producer, who can boast numerous awarded wines.
Then you will take a ride to an estate of a mixed, innovative-traditional character, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. It follows to the principle of sustainable and environmentally friendly production. Herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown in the garden, to be later used in their kitchen.
You will long remember your experience of original local and innovative food.
